1. Platform Overview

TradeX operates under a back-to-back order model. All products are listed under TradeX. Once a customer places an order, we procure the product from our authorized suppliers and vendors and arrange delivery through our authorized delivery partners. We do not hold inventory or stock products in advance.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your country of residence to use the Platform. By registering and using the Platform, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Orders and Payment

All product prices are listed in AED (unless stated otherwise) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Full payment must be made at checkout.

Orders are only processed once payment is received.

TradeX reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to issues such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only before the item is picked up by our authorized delivery partner.

Once an order is picked up, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days, subject to the payment method used.

5. Returns & Disputes

TradeX does not accept returns unless the item is:

• Damaged upon delivery
• Incorrect (not as described/listed)

In such cases, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Each dispute will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. TradeX reserves the right to offer refunds, exchanges, or partial credit at its sole discretion.

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable UAE law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its systems
• Use bots, scraping tools, or other automated means
• Provide false information or engage in fraudulent transactions

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of TradeX and protected under UAE copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce any materials without written permission.

9. Liability Limitation

TradeX shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform
• Delays or delivery failures caused by external logistics partners or vendors
• Customer negligence or incorrect address entry

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
