Buyer Agreement

1. Role of TradeX

• TradeX is the sole listed seller of all products on the platform.
• We operate on a back-to-back order model: once you place an order, we procure the product from a third-party vendor and facilitate delivery through our authorized delivery partners.
• We do not hold inventory or stock in advance.

2. Buyer Responsibilities

As a Buyer on the TradeX platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during checkout, including name, delivery address, and contact details.
• Review product details carefully before placing an order.
• Ensure timely payment through the available payment methods.
• Accept that cancellation is only possible before the item is picked up by our delivery partner.
• Report any delivery issues or disputes within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Acknowledge that returns are only permitted in cases of damage or incorrect items, and are reviewed case by case.

3. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

TradeX reserves the right to cancel or block any account found to be engaging in fraudulent behavior, misuse of promotional offers, chargebacks without valid cause, or other forms of abuse.

4. Limitation of Liability

TradeX shall not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by incorrect delivery details provided by the Buyer
• Failure to receive a package due to Buyer unavailability
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from order issues
• Any misuse of the platform by the Buyer or third parties

5. Legal Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from this Agreement will be handled by the courts of Dubai.
